Terms of Service

The service

LiFERER helps you find places, events and services near you, starting in Kota Kinabalu. These terms are an agreement between you and JaydenART® Tech Inc. By using the website or apps you accept them. If you are using LiFERER on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Information and accuracy

Listings combine public sources, owner input and community corrections. Every fact shows when it was last confirmed, and facts we could not confirm are labelled as such. Please confirm hours, prices and availability with the place before you travel, especially for medical, safety and travel decisions.

Distances shown are straight-line unless a route is displayed. Map pins may be approximate until an owner adjusts them.

Public listings come from Overture Maps (CDLA Permissive 2.0), Foursquare Open Source Places (Apache 2.0) and OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL), corrected by owners, staff and the community. Map tiles are from OpenFreeMap and OpenMapTiles. Walking and driving routes are computed on OpenStreetMap data.

Accounts and content

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.
• Reviews, photos and corrections you submit must be truthful, your own, and lawful. By submitting them you grant LiFERER a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and adapt them within the service. You can delete them at any time.
• Merchants who claim a page confirm they are authorised to represent that business and that the details they publish are accurate. Halal, medical, licensing and safety claims must be supported by evidence when we ask.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, mislead people, or put anyone at risk.

Bookings, orders and payments

Payments are processed by licensed payment providers. The merchant you buy from is responsible for delivering the goods, service or event, and for refunds under its stated policy, which is shown before you pay. Where LiFERER is the seller of record this will be stated clearly at checkout. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit unless shown otherwise.

Intellectual property

LiFERER®, the LiFERER mark and the design of the service belong to JaydenART® Tech Inc. and JaydenART® Creatives Inc. You may not copy, scrape, or resell the service or its data without written permission. Business names and logos belong to their owners.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LiFERER is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information, from a merchant’s goods or services, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Sabah, Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
